Adekunle Olanipekun is a passionate and driven legal professional with seven (7+) years of experience in Dispute Resolution, litigation and arbitration. Adekunle has advised a wide range of clients — from individuals to multinational corporations — on complex commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, and market entry strategies. He brings a unique blend of legal acumen and business strategy to every matter he handles.

Adept at legal research, brief writing, and advocacy, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to justice, particularly in human rights cases in Nigeria.

As the Principal Partner at Adekunle Olanipekun Legal Practitioners, he leads pre-trial conferences, litigation cases, and daily operations while offering pro-bono legal services to detainees. He also spearheads prison visits as part of his corporate social responsibility, with a focus on reducing prison congestion.

Adekunle holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Olabisi Onabanjo University, where he graduated in the top 4% of his class with Second Class Upper Honours. He also holds a LL.M in Energy Law and is a member of many affiliations which includes membership in the Association of Young Arbitrators, the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators, and Africa Arbitration, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
